Time and Happiness
In this world when everything around is so stressful and full of work and competition, how many people manage to take their time out to be with the persons they love the most and fill the happiness all around.
It's very simple to just be around people all the time but you must also do things that can bring happiness to you and the people around us. Our whole week is loaded with work and stress so we have those special moments that we can utilize for making ourselves and others relax. So just a few moments for yourself and your loved ones.This exercise is very useful for all of us. Have you ever imagined why people see laughter shows or comedy series in between their schedules or at the end of the day? Just to relax and have some personal time to make ourselves free from the stress and being with family and friends actually helps us forget all our stress and worries.
You can get everything in life you want, helping others to achieve something they want is a feeling all want to have at least once. Happiness is what we think, what we do and what we say. Everything is related to each other. Like whatever we think will actually come in front of us that can be positive thoughts or negative. What we do can bring happiness to you or to the people around you. Our words can spread smiles really fast. So make sure the things you do are passed by in a few minutes. If you don't capture them at that time then you take more time to identify these things. So understand the importance of every moment and make the most out of it.
Khush rehne ki koshish karoge toh khushi nahi milegi, par har lamhe mein khushi dhundh loge toh zindagi khushiyon se bhar jayegi.
